我们的研究旨在全面分析 COVID-19对甘肃省人民医院所有年龄段住院患者的中长期健康影响。利用多学科方法，我们将纵向健康数据与高级时空分析相结合，以研究 Long COVID 的复杂动态及其对人口统计学因素的不同影响。该研究将结合临床结果、地理信息和随着时间症状的进展，以了解甘肃的环境和社会经济因素如何影响该综合征的发展和进展。这项研究将为特定的治疗策略提供关键见解，并为医疗保健政策提供信息，从而增强我们对 COVID-19长期影响的理解。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to comprehensively analyze the mid- and long-term health effects of COVID-19 in hospitalized patients of all ages in Gansu Provincial hospital in Gansu Province. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we will integrate longitudinal health data with advanced spatiotemporal analytics to examine the complex dynamics of Long COVID and its varying impacts across demographics. The study will combine clinical outcomes, geographical information, and temporal symptom progression to understand how environmental and socio-economic factors in Gansu influence the syndrome's development and progression. This research will provide critical insights into tailored treatment strategies and inform healthcare policy, enhancing our understanding of COVID-19's long-term impacts.

纳入标准：

这项前瞻性队列研究涵盖了不同的患者群体，从新生儿到90岁以上被诊断患有 COVID-19的个体。纳入2022年12月至2023年5月在甘肃省人民医院收治的经RT-PCR 确诊 SARS-CoV-2感染的患者。

Inclusion criteria

This prospective cohort study encompasses a diverse patient population, ranging from neonates to individuals above 90, diagnosed with COVID-19. Patients admitted to the Gansu Provincial Hospital, Lanzhou, China, from December 2022 to May 2023, with RT-PCR confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, form the study cohort.

排除标准：

排除包括联系方式不完整的患者、在住院或随访期间死亡的患者、拒绝参与的患者或无法联系到患者进行随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusions include patients with incomplete contact details, deceased during hospitalization or follow-up, those declining participation, or unreachable for follow-up.
