研究目的：

观察改良TROPIS术治疗高位肛瘘对肛门功能的长期影响，在此基础上开发临床预测模型并进行验证，帮助临床医生做治疗决策，以便更好的临床推广。  

Objectives of Study：

To study and observe the long-term effects of the modified TROPIS procedure for high anal fistula on anal function, and develop a clinical prediction model based on this and validate it to help clinicians make treatment decisions for better clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2021年1月至2023年1月在南京市中医院肛肠科和大通县人民医院普外科住院采用改良TROPIS术治疗的高位肛瘘患者。 2. 年龄≥18岁，男女不限。 3. 术前肛门功能正常者。 4. 治疗前未接受过肛瘘手术，或在脓肿阶段仅行切开排脓者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with high anal fistulas treated with modified TROPIS between January 2021 and January 2023 in the National Center for Colorectal Disease Treatment,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and in the Department for General Surgery of the People's Hospital of Datong County. 2. Aged ≥18 years old, male or female; 3. Patients with normal anal sphincter function; 4. Patients who had not undergone anal fistula surgery prior to treatment or who had only undergone incision and drainage during the abscess stage.

排除标准：

1. 克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等炎症性肠病，放射性肠炎，结核性肛瘘者。 2. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女。 3. 智力、精神障碍者。 4. 失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other inflammatory bowel diseases, radiation enteritis, tuberculous anal fistula. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patients with mental retardation or(and) mental disorders; 4. Missing interviewees.
