Objectives of Study：

Exploring whether well matched catheter shaping can improve the clinical efficacy of video laryngoscopy for dual lumen bronchial intubation in thoracic surgery anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①全身麻醉双腔支气管（左侧）插管下接受胸科手术； ②年龄≥18岁； ③BMI 18-28 kg/m2； ④ASA I-II级患者；

Inclusion criteria

① Thoracic surgery under general anesthesia with double lumen bronchial intubation (left side); ② Age ≥ 18 years old; ③ BMI 18-28 kg/m2; ④ ASA Level I-II patients;

排除标准：

①困难气道； ②术前评估视频喉镜置入困难； ③合并有双腔支气管插管禁忌； ④伴有心脏、脑等重要系统基础疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

① Difficult airway; ② Difficulty in preoperative evaluation video laryngoscopy placement; ③ Contraindications for double lumen bronchial intubation in combination; ④ Accompanied by fundamental diseases of important systems such as the heart and brain;

本研究选取成都市温江区人民医院拟行左侧双腔管全麻的胸腔镜手术患者共360例，按照数字表法随机分为普通喉镜不塑形组（DLC组）、普通喉镜塑形组（DLS组）、视频喉镜不塑形组（VLC组）、视频喉镜塑形组（VLS组）

This study selected 360 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery under left double lumen general anesthesia at the People's Hospital of Wenjiang District, Chengdu City. They were randomly divided into three groups using a digital table method: the ordinary laryngoscope non shaping group (DLC group), the ordinary laryngoscope shaping group (DLS group), the video laryngoscope non shaping group (VLC group), and the visual laryngoscope shaping group (VLS group).
