研究目的：

本研究拟通过将脓毒症急性肾损伤预测模型应用于临床中指导脓毒症患者急性肾损伤的预防，评估预测模型对脓毒症患者急性肾损伤的发生及预后的影响，从而为脓毒症急性肾损伤的预防治疗策略提供一些新的思路及依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to apply the prediction model of acute kidney injury of sepsis to guide the prevention of acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis in clinical practice, and evaluate the impact of the prediction model on the occurrence and prognosis of acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis, so as to provide some new ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment strategy of acute kidney injury of sepsis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究期间收入河北医科大学第四医院重症医学科的脓毒症患者，1)根据 Sepsis 3.0 标准诊断脓毒症：a. 可疑或存在感染，b. qSOFA≥2 分：意识改变，RR>22 次/分，SBP<90mmHg；2）年龄≥18 周岁；3）预计 ICU 住院时间≥24h；4）自愿签署知情同意书并参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

Sepsis patients admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University during the study period, 1) diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis 3.0 criteria: a. Suspicion or presence of infection, b. qSOFA ≥2 points: altered consciousness, RR>22 beats/min, SBP<90mmHg; 2) Age≥ 18 years old; 3) Estimated ICU stay ≥24h; 4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and participate in the study.

排除标准：

1）明确为脓毒症时已经合并急性肾损伤；2）既往合并慢性肾功能不全或接受透析治疗；3）入ICU24小时内放弃治疗或死亡患者；4）孕产妇及哺乳期妇女；5）正在参加其他药物或者临床研究或者不愿签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Acute kidney injury has been complicated when sepsis is confirmed; 2) Previous chronic renal insufficiency or dialysis treatment; 3) Patients who give up treatment or die within 24 hours of admission to the ICU; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Patients who are participating in other drugs or clinical studies or who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
