研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是测定HRCT来测量声门到隆突的距离后探讨其与双腔支气管插管的最佳插管深度之间的相关性。次要目的是研究其他生长参数，包括年龄、性别、身高、体重、鼻-耳屏长度和甲状软骨水平至剑突距离与双腔支气管插管的最佳插管深度之间的相关性，并选择相关性强的参数设计新的插管公式，以确定合适的支气管插管深度。此外，本研究的进一步目的是评估和比较新公式、与170–29–10–1原则和基于身高的公式0.197×身高-4.2423(cm)的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of this study is to ascertain the correlation between the distance from the glottis to the carina, as gauged by HRCT, and the optimal intubation depth for double-lumen endobronchial intubation. Furthermore, the study seeks to probe into other growth parameters, including age, sex, height, weight, nose-ear screen length, and thyroid cartilage level to xiphoid distance, and their correlation with the optimal intubation depth. The objective is to devise a novel cannulation formula that incorporates these strongly related parameters to ascertain the appropriate endobronchial intubation depth. Lastly, the study intends to evaluate and juxtapose the accuracy of the novel formula with the 170-29-10-1 principle and the height-based formula 0.197 Height-4.2423 (cm).

纳入标准：

择取2024年1月至2024年06月拟于川北医学院附属医院拟行双腔支气管插管的患者。ASA分级II-III级，年龄大于20岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) status I to III, aged above 20 years, and slated for thoracic surgery with one-lung ventilation.

排除标准：

1 )急诊手术；2 )有困难气道或已知或疑似喉或气管病变的患者；3)头部活动困难的患者；4)合并哮喘、先天性心脏病等严重心肺疾病者；5）HRCT图像上未扫及声门或声门、气管支气管树的解剖结构辨别不清；6）孕妇，患有精神疾病，胸廓畸形或脊柱侧弯，术前严重气胸或大量胸水的患者；7）拒绝签署知情同意患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Participants requiring emergency surgery; 2) Participants with a difficult airway, or known or suspected laryngeal or tracheal lesions; 3) Participants exhibiting limited head mobility; 4) Participants afflicted with severe cardiac and pulmonary conditions, such as asthma and congenital heart disease; 5) Participants presenting an abnormal anatomy of the glottis or the tracheobronchial tree; 6) Pregnant participants, participants diagnosed with mental disorders, thoracic deformity or scoliosis, severe pneumothorax or massive hydrothorax; 7)Participants who refused to sign the informed consent.
