研究目的：

主要研究按压MTrPs联合艾灸治疗能否降低运动员腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的主观疼痛感觉(VAS评分)、红外热成像肌肉温度与ODI功能障碍评分，并阐明其作用机理。按压MTrPs联合艾灸治疗与单一的按压和艾灸治疗相比，对运动员腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的改善是否更有效，对VAS评分、ODI功能障碍评分和红外热成像肌肉温度的改变是否更优，使运动员腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征获得及时且优秀的治疗效果，防止其进一步恶化，为临床治疗和运动康复提供借鉴参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The main study is to investigate whether the combination of pressing MTrPs and moxibustion therapy can reduce the subjective pain sensation (VAS score), infrared thermography muscle temperature, and ODI dysfunction score of athletes with lumbar and dorsal muscle fascial pain syndrome, and to elucidate its mechanism of action. Is the combination of pressing MTrPs and moxibustion treatment more effective in improving athletes' lumbar and dorsal muscle fascial pain syndrome compared to single pressing and moxibustion treatment, and is it better for VAS score, ODI dysfunction score, and infrared thermal imaging muscle temperature changes to achieve timely and excellent treatment results for athletes' lumbar and dorsal muscle fascial pain syndrome, prevent its further deterioration, and provide reference for clinical treatment and exercise rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）必须是年龄在18～30岁的运动员，且每周至少参加两次及以上的训练或比赛； （2）所有受试者都有至少三年以上的运动训练经验； （3）晨起腰部疼痛加剧，但在稍微活动后疼痛有所缓解，腰部肌肉做功后症状又加重 （4）受天气情况的转变如打雷下雨及处于潮湿地带时疼痛明显，可在疼痛部位触及到条索状结节，按压时候可能产生压痛或牵涉痛； （5）视觉模拟评分VAS≥3 分,每天或几乎每天疼痛； （6）能够接受治疗并配合实施全过程研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Must be an athlete aged 18-30 and participate in at least two or more training or competitions per week; (2) All participants have at least three years of experience in sports training; (3) In the morning, the pain in the lower back worsens, but after slight activity, the pain alleviates, and the symptoms worsen after the lower back muscles do work (4) Due to changes in weather conditions such as thunder, rain, and being in a humid area, pain is evident, and a cord like nodule can be touched at the painful area. Pressing may cause tenderness or involve pain; (5) Visual simulation score VAS ≥ 3 points, with daily or almost daily pain; (6) Able to receive treatment and cooperate with the implementation of full process research, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）近6个月内接受过治疗的或者正在接受治疗的； （2）有急性创伤性疾病、重度骨质疏松、结核、肿瘤，以及合并严重的心脑血管疾病及精神病患者； （3）被诊断或治疗过纤维肌瘤，或任何血管或神经疾病； （4）腰背部皮肤感染患者； （5）哺乳、妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have received treatment or are currently receiving treatment within the past 6 months; (2) Patients with acute traumatic diseases, severe osteoporosis, tuberculosis, tumors, as well as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and psychiatric disorders; (3) Diagnosed or treated with fibrofibroids, or any vascular or neurological disease; (4) Patients with lower back skin infections; (5) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy.
