本研究拟探索 5A 戒烟干预模型对烟草相关癌症患者的戒烟效果，为烟草相关癌症患者提供进一步的烟草控制策略和理论、实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is to explore the effect of 5A smoking cessation intervention model on patients with tobacco-related cancer. The effect of smoking cessation provides further tobacco control strategies and theoretical and practical basis for patients with tobacco-related cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

5A 戒烟干预模型由评估（assess）、建议（advice）、达成共识（agree）、帮助（assist）和随访（arrange）五个环节构成。包括：①评估阶段：通过询问吸烟史、身心状况及家庭-社会支持系统，评估影响其吸烟行为、戒烟目标设定的相关因素，筛查出相关问题。②建议阶段：根据评估结果给出清晰、具体可行、个性化的戒烟建议，说明采取戒烟行为的益处。戒烟建议应根据个体的具体需求和兴趣爱好提出，以期最大程度地使吸烟者坚持下去。③达成共识阶段：目标设定是行为改变的关键，制定的戒烟目标应具体、有时间设定和可实现性。现代医学思维已逐渐转向患者在医疗决策中享有参与权，此阶段还应根据吸烟者的兴趣和意愿，和吸烟者共同确定具体可行的戒烟目标，并就目标设定达成一致。④帮助阶段：建立多学科医疗团队，当吸烟者在实现设定戒烟目标遇到困难时，应组建多学科医疗团队制订方案来解决这些问题，帮助吸烟者实现设定的戒烟目标。⑤随访阶段：通过电话、微信等方式定期随访，评估吸烟者戒烟目标实现的进度，审查其自我监测记录，帮助吸烟者解决戒烟目标实现过程中遇到的新问题。根据吸烟者反馈的信息及时调整戒烟方案，如转诊或者强化咨询，保证 5A 干预的延续性和反馈性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The 5A smoking cessation intervention model consists of five links: assessment, advice, agreement, assist and arrange. Including:①Assess stage: by asking about smoking history, physical and mental status and family-social support system, evaluate the relevant factors affecting their smoking behavior and smoking cessation goal setting, and screen out relevant problems.②Advice stage: According to the evaluation results, give clear, specific and feasible and personalized smoking cessation recommendations, and explain the benefits of smoking cessation behavior. Smoking cessation recommendations should be tailored to the individual's specific needs and interests in order to maximize the smoker's adherence.③Agree stage: goal setting is the key to behavior change, and the smoking cessation goals should be specific, time-set and achievable. Modern medical thinking has gradually shifted to the right of patients to participate in medical decision-making, and at this stage, it is also necessary to determine specific and feasible smoking cessation goals with smokers according to the interests and willingness of smokers, and agree on goal setting.④Assist stage: establish a multidisciplinary medical team, when smokers encounter difficulties in achieving the set goal of quitting smoking, a multidisciplinary medical team should be formed to develop a plan to solve these problems and help smokers achieve the set goal of quitting smoking.⑤Arrange stage: regular follow-up through telephone, WeChat and other means to evaluate the progress of smokers' goal of smoking cessation, review their self-monitoring records, and help smokers solve new problems encountered in the process of achieving smoking cessation goals. Timely adjustment of smoking cessation regimens, such as referral or intensive counseling, based on feedback from smokers, ensures continuity and feedback of 5A interventions. 

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为癌症的患者，包括：肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、头颈部癌症以及膀胱癌等；
（2）处于癌症早期阶段；
（3）以手术、化疗或放疗为主要治疗方式，且至少己完成其中一种治疗；
（4）吸烟者：癌症确诊时正在吸烟或确诊前一个月内有吸烟者；
（5）年龄≥18周岁；
（6）同意参加本试验并签署知情同意书的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients clinically diagnosed as cancer include lung cancer, stomach cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, head and neck cancer and bladder cancer Cysteine carcinoma, etc;
(2) In the early stage of cancer;
(3) Take surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy as the main treatment, and at least one of them has been completed;
(4) Smokers: smoking at the time of diagnosis of cancer or smokers within one month before diagnosis;
(5) Age ≥ 18 years old;
(6) Patients who agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

（1）文化水平低至不识字或不理解语义程度的患者；
（2）合并认知障碍的患者；
（3）合并严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者；
（4）沟通交流障碍者、精神异常者、人格障碍者、智力或思维异常无法配合的患者；
（5）正在进行与本研究干预方法相似试验的患者；
符合上述排除标准中任意1条即可排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with low educational level who can't read or understand semantics;
(2) Patients with cognitive impairment;
(3) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs;
(4) Patients with communication disorders, mental disorders, personality disorders, intelligence or thinking disorders who cannot cooperate;
(5) Patients who are undergoing trials similar to the intervention methods in this study;
Any one of the above exclusion criteria can be excluded.

研究对象来源于2022年12月-2024年12月期间在福建省肿瘤医院、福建中医药大学附属人民医院、福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院、福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院和宁德市闽东医院，在任何阶段被诊断为癌症的吸烟患者，采用 SPSS 26.0统计软件进行随机分组，产生随机序列。
