研究目的：

对我院肝或肾移植后影响移植器官早期功能的因素进行回顾性分析，为临床开展肝或肾移植降低早期移植物功能不全或移植物功能恢复延迟发生率提供理论参考和建议。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective analysis was conducted on the factors that affect the early function of transplanted organs after liver or kidney transplantation in our hospital, to provide theoretical reference and suggestions for clinical liver or kidney transplantation to reduce the incidence of EAD or DGF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肝移植手术组纳入标准：①年龄≥18岁；②行肝移植手术；
肾移植手术组纳入标准：①年龄≥18岁；②行肾移植手术；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the liver transplant surgery group: ① age ≥ 18 years old; ② liver transplant surgery; Inclusion criteria for the kidney transplant surgery group: ① age ≥ 18 years old; ② kidney transplant surgery;

排除标准：

肝移植手术组排除标准：①第二次行肝移植术的患者；②资料不全的患者；③自体肝移植手术的患者；④曾进行过其它器官移植手术的者；⑤围术期死亡的患者；⑥同一次住院期间行2次及以上器官移植手术的患者；
肾移植手术组排除标准：①第二次行肾移植手术的患者；②资料不全的患者；③曾进行过其它器官移植手术的患者；④围手术期死亡的患者；⑤同一次住院期间行2次及以上器官移植手术的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the liver transplant surgery group: ①Patients undergoing liver transplantation for the second time; ②Patients with incomplete data; ③Patients undergoing autologous liver transplantation; ④Patients who have undergone other organ transplants; ⑤Patients who died during the perioperative period ;⑥Patients who underwent two or more organ transplant surgeries during the same hospitalization; Exclusion criteria for the kidney transplant surgery group: ① patients undergoing kidney transplant surgery for the second time; ② patients with incomplete data; ③ patients who have undergone other organ transplant surgeries; ④ patients who died during the perioperative period; ⑤ 2 surgeries during the same hospitalization Patients undergoing organ transplantation for one or more times;
