研究目的：

拟探究基于“互联网+”阅读疗法对中青年卒中后焦虑抑郁共病状态患者的影响。即探索一种可操作性强，可获得性广泛、实施难度适当、一种较长时期的、较为经济便捷的、适宜于中青年卒中后焦虑抑郁共病状态患者的阅读疗法，观察其对患者反刍性沉思、创伤后成长、自我管理行为、坚毅水平及焦虑、抑郁水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of "Internet +" reading therapy on middle-aged and young people with comorbidities of anxiety and depression after stroke. That is, to explore a kind of reading therapy with strong operability, wide availability and appropriate implementation difficulty, a long-term, relatively economical and convenient reading therapy suitable for middle-aged and young people with anxiety and depression comorbidity after stroke, and observe its effects on rumination, post-traumatic growth, self-management behavior, perseverance level, anxiety and depression level of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①中青年（年龄≥18 岁且＜60 岁），经临床诊断，符合中华医学会制定的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》、《中国脑出血诊治指南（2014）》和《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南（2018）》的诊断标准，经颅脑 CT、MRI影像学检查确诊为脑卒中；②焦虑、抑郁共病状态，符合《中国精神障碍分类方案与诊断标准》中焦虑和抑郁标准，17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(24-item Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD-17)≥8分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)≥7分；③愿意和能够使用智能手机微信APP的一般操作技能。

Inclusion criteria

① Middle-aged and young adults (≥18 years old and < 60 years old) were clinically diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases", "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2014)" and "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018)" formulated by the Chinese Medical Association. (2) The comorbidities of anxiety and depression were in line with the criteria of anxiety and depression in the Chinese Classification Scheme and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, with scores ≥8 on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)≥7 points; 3. Willing amd having general operating skills for using the smartphone WeChat app.

排除标准：

脑出血急性发作期；有再出血风险；伴严重并发症；伴严重精神病或其他影响智力、意识的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Cerebral hemorrhage acute attack stage; Risk of rebleeding; With serious complications; Accompanied by severe mental illness or other diseases affecting intelligence and consciousness.
