研究目的：

本研究通过观察患有屈光参差的近视青少年在佩戴角膜塑形镜后双眼眼轴长度差异的变化情况客观分析其防治效果，通过像差、周边离焦、调节等找出可能的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study objectively analyzes the prevention and treatment effect of the myopia adolescents with refractive errors after wearing a corneal orthokeratology lens, and finds out possible factors through aberration, peripheral defocus, and adjustment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患有屈光参差的近视青少年，双眼屈光差异值大于1.0D；
2. 近视眼SER小于-6.00D；非近视眼的SER介于+ 0.5D和-0.5D之间；散光小于2.0D；
3. 双眼矫正视力达到1.0及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adolescents with myopic ametropia, the difference in binocular refractive error is greater than 1.0D;
2. SER of myopia is less than -6.00D; SER of non-myopia is between + 0.5D and -0.5D; astigmatism is less than 2.0D;
3. Binocular corrected vision reaches 1.0 and above.

排除标准：

1. 有眼部手术史、外伤史、其他角膜病史、青光眼家族史等；
2. 有使用阿托品，RGP和OK镜片控制近视进展的历史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of eye surgery, trauma, other corneal diseases, family history of glaucoma, etc.;
2. With a history of using atropine, RGP and OK lenses to control myopia progression.
