研究目的：

本研究通过观察对比近视青少年佩戴特殊设计CRT及常规设计CRT的防控效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we observed and compared the prevention and control effects of specially designed CRTs and conventionally designed CRTs on myopia adolescents

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、佩戴常规设计及特殊设计CRT角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者；
2、屈光度数-1.00D至-6.00D，散光＜1.00D，最佳矫正视力1.0及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adolescent myopia patients wearing conventional design and special design CRT orthokeratology lens;
2. Diopter power -1.00D to -6.00D, astigmatism <1.00D, best corrected vision 1.0 and above.

排除标准：

1、既往存在角膜不规则，营养不良，扩张，或任何其他前段并发症的患者，以及在随访期间因任何原因而永久或暂时停止佩戴的患者；
2、有眼部手术史、外伤史，其他角膜病史、青光眼家族史等；
3、有角膜塑形镜验配禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous corneal irregularities, malnutrition, dilation, or any other anterior complications, as well as patients who have permanently or temporarily stopped wearing for any reason during the follow-up;
2. History of eye surgery, trauma, other corneal diseases, family history of glaucoma, etc.;
3. Contraindications for orthokeratology.
