研究目的：

1、主要目的：完成儿童抽动障碍全国多中心的标准化患者自然史登记注册。建立中国儿童抽动障碍专病管理数据库，规范中国儿童抽动障碍诊断和治疗，通过平台提供抽动障碍儿童向成人转介服务，实现一体化诊疗。 2、次要目的：进行儿童抽动障碍的流行病学研究、神经影像学研究、神经递质研究、免疫学研究等，探讨儿童抽动障碍的基因型与表型关联性，促进基础和临床研究；实行疾病风险预测评估；寻找基因型-表型相关性，进行自然疾病史研究，为临床试验奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main purpose: to complete the standardized registration of natural history of patients with tic disorder in the national multicenter. To establish a database for the management of children with tic disorder in China, standardize the diagnosis and treatment of children with tic disorder in China, and provide referral services for children with tic disorder to adults through the platform to achieve integrated diagnosis and treatment. 2.Secondary objectives: to conduct epidemiological, neuroimaging, neurotransmitter and immunological studies of tic disorder in children, to explore the relationship between genotype and phenotype of tic disorder in children, and to promote basic and clinical research; to carry out disease risk prediction and assessment; to find genotype-phenotypic correlation and to study natural disease history, so as to lay a foundation for clinical trials.

纳入标准：

①年龄2-18岁
②符合DSM-Ⅴ诊断的抽动障碍患儿

Inclusion criteria

①Children with tic disorder aged from 2 to 18 years old
②Children with tic disorder diagnosed by DSM- Ⅴ

排除标准：

①不愿参与
②儿童精神分裂症、情感障碍、孤独症、精神发育迟滞及明显躯体及神经精神异常者
③滥用药物史

Exclusion criteria：

①unwilling to participate
②Children with schizophrenia, affective disorders, autism, mental retardation and obvious somatic and neuropsychiatric disorders
③History of drug abuse

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据医生端由接诊医生统一录入，家长端在医生的指导下录入，后台实时监控，对于不符合填写 要求的数据将不能保存提交，数据统一存储在中国儿童抽动障碍协作组官网平台上，由武汉儿童医院 统一管理审核，由中科基因公司进行后期维护。
