研究目的：

人類體溫調節是維持相對恆定的核心體溫，維持這個相對較高（37°C）的溫度對人類的生存至關重要。有氧運動訓練與有氧能力、心血管功能和代謝調節的改善有關，因此本研究探究自行車有氧運動之運動中身體溫度表現，用以探究人類於有氧運動中相關體溫調節反映。本研究收納53位受試者，隨機分成兩組實驗組接受有氧運動訓練，使用熱顯影分析其自行車有氧運動表現之體溫差異。  

Objectives of Study：

Human thermoregulation is the maintenance of a relatively constant core body temperature, and maintaining this relatively high (37°C) temperature is essential for human survival. Aerobic exercise training is related to the improvement of aerobic capacity, cardiovascular function and metabolic regulation. Therefore, this study explores the performance of body temperature during cycling aerobic exercise to explore the related body temperature regulation responses of humans during aerobic exercise. This study included 53 subjects and randomly divided them into two experimental groups to receive aerobic exercise training. Thermal imaging was used to analyze the body temperature differences in their bicycle aerobic exercise performance.

纳入标准：

1.所有受試者都獲得了書面知情同意書(Jain et al., 2013)。2.健康成年人(Elliott & La Gerche, 2015; Martuscello et al., 2013) 受試者皆超過20（含）歲。3.聽得懂簡單指令(Yeh et al., 2017)。4.沒有精神疾病或神經系統疾病史(Vestner et al., 2022)。5.能夠騎行固定式自行車(Pisters et al., 2014)。

Inclusion criteria

Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects (Jain et al., 2013). 2. Healthy adults (Elliott & La Gerche, 2015; Martuscello et al., 2013). All subjects are over 20 years old (inclusive). 3. Can understand simple instructions (Yeh et al., 2017). 4. No history of mental illness or neurological disease (Vestner et al., 2022). 5. Ability to ride a stationary bicycle (Pisters et al., 2014).

排除标准：

排除條件：1.被診斷出患有睡眠障礙的人(Morin et al., 2011)。2.藥物濫用、過度使用安眠藥和影響認知功能的疾病(Ekholm et al., 2020)。3.嚴重的肌肉骨骼疾病(Liao et al., 2016)。4.吸煙者或經常飲酒者(Martinez-Noguera et al., 2020)。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. People diagnosed with sleep disorders (Morin et al., 2011). 2. Substance abuse, excessive use of sleeping pills, and diseases affecting cognitive function (Ekholm et al., 2020). 3. Severe musculoskeletal diseases (Liao et al., 2016). 4. Smokers or frequent drinkers (Martinez-Noguera et al., 2020).
