研究目的：

主要研究ESW联合足部核心训练能否使柔韧性扁平足患者的足部形态得到改善、本体感觉、稳定性及足踝功能得到提高，并阐明其作用机理；ESW联合足部核心训练与单一的足部核心训练相比，对柔韧性扁平足患者足部形态的改善是否更有效，对本体感觉、稳定性及足踝功能的提高是否更优，使柔韧性扁平足获得及时且较好的康复训练效果，防治其进一步恶化，为临床提供借鉴参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The main study is to investigate whether ESW combined with core foot training can improve the foot morphology, proprioception, stability, and ankle function of patients with flexible flat feet, and elucidate its mechanism of action; Is ESW combined with foot core training more effective in improving foot morphology, proprioception, stability, and ankle function in patients with flexible flat feet compared to a single foot core training? Can it provide timely and good rehabilitation training results for flexible flat feet, prevent their further deterioration, and provide reference for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18—30周岁大学生； （2）18.8≤BMI＜25； （3）符合足弓指数的判定标准且满足踮足测试与足趾抬高试验标准； （4）能够接受治疗并配合实施全过程研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) College students aged 18-30; (2) 18.8 ≤ BMI < 25; (3) Meets the criteria for determining the arch index of the foot and meets the criteria for tiptoe testing and toe elevation testing; (4) Able to receive treatment and cooperate with the implementation of full process research, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）长期使用矫形鞋垫等矫形器具者； （2）下肢存在结构或功能性不等长者，双下肢长度差异≥2cm； （3）过去两个月下肢肌肉、骨骼有疼痛等不适情况者； （4）过去半年内有下肢手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Long term use of orthopedic tools such as insoles; (2) For those with unequal structural or functional length in the lower limbs, the difference in length between the two lower limbs is ≥ 2cm; (3) Those who have experienced discomfort in lower limb muscles and bones in the past two months; (4) Individuals with a history of lower limb surgery within the past six months.
