研究目的：

基于常规收集的电子病历数据，采用多种机器学习算法构建分化型甲状腺癌患者复发/死亡风险预测模型，并研发碘治疗辅助决策系统。为临床实践中 DTC 患者的预后分层和治疗决策提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on routinely collected electronic medical record data, multiple machine learning algorithms were used to construct a recurrence/death risk prediction model for patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and to develop an iodine treatment aid decision system. It provides a reference for prognostic stratification and treatment decision of DTC patients in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

数据库人群的纳入标准为：2009 年 1 月 1 日至 2019 年 11 月 1 日期间，四川大学华西医院本部的 HIS 住院系统中所有诊断中包含“甲状腺恶性肿瘤”的患者，或所有诊断编码（ICD-10 编码）包含“C73”的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were admitted to West China Hospital, Sichuan University between 1 January 2009 and 1 November 2019 and diagnosis with thyroid cancer or with a ICD-10 of C73, were included.

排除标准：

数据库人群的排除标准为：（1）诊断信息错误的患者；（2）不是因甲状腺癌就诊或无甲癌相关诊治记录的患者；（3）住院号、病案号信息缺失的患者；（4）缺少初始手术治疗信息的患者

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria for the database population are: (1) patients with incorrect diagnostic information; (2) patients who were not seen for thyroid cancer or have no records of thyroid cancer-related diagnosis and treatment; (3) patients with missing information on hospitalization number or case number; (4) patients with missing information on initial surgical treatment
