研究目的：

构建急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者出院后心功能变化的预后预测模型。在患者出院时通过该预测模型对患者出院后心功能变化做出预测，对急性心梗PCI术后患者心功能预后进行危险分层，以指导后续临床决策和康复方案的选择，，有助于提高患者的生存质量和降低再入院风险。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a prognostic model of cardiac function changes in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. When patients were discharged from hospital, this prediction model was used to predict the changes of cardiac function after discharge, and risk stratification of cardiac function prognosis of patients after PCI was performed, so as to guide follow-up clinical decision-making and selection of rehabilitation programs, and help improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the risk of readmission.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 临床表现为胸痛(典型或不典型) (2) 年龄≥18岁； (3) 首次发作ACS； (4) 依据ACC/AHA指南诊断为急性心肌梗死 (5) 冠状动脉造影证实至少1支冠状动脉存在斑块或狭窄性病变使管腔局限/弥漫性狭窄≥70%，行PCI治疗 (6) 签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clinical manifestations of chest pain (typical or atypical) (2) Age ≥18 years old; (3) First onset of ACS; (4) Acute myocardial infarction was diagnosed according to ACC/AHA guidelines (5) Coronary angiography confirmed the presence of plaque or stenosis in at least one coronary artery, resulting in lumen localized/diffuse stenosis ≥70%, and PCI was performed (6) Sign written informed consent

排除标准：

(1)年龄＞80岁 (2)陈旧性心梗 (3)风湿热、先天性心脏疾病、心肌炎、心肌病等其他心脏疾病者 (4)患有影响代谢的系统性疾病，如恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、内分泌疾病或终末期肾功能不全的患者 (5)患者预期寿命≤12个月 (6)患血传播的传染病 (7)孕妇及哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age > 80 years old (2) Old myocardial infarction (3) Rheumatic fever, congenital heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy and other heart diseases (4) Patients with systemic diseases that affect metabolism, such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases, or end-stage renal insufficiency (5) Life expectancy of patients ≤12 months (6) Suffering from blood-borne infectious diseases (7) Pregnant and lactating women
