分析3D打印辅助后外侧切口治疗后踝骨折的临床效果  

Objectives of Study:

Analysising the clinical effect of 3D printing assisted posterior lateral incision in the treatment of posterior ankle fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)受累踝关节有外伤史
(2)骨折的特殊征象,如受影响的踝关节肿胀、疼痛、畸形和运动异常
(3)经x线及CT检查证实累及后踝的闭合性外旋踝关节骨折
(4)新鲜踝关节骨折(伤后2周内)
(5)年龄18~60岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) A history of trauma to the affected ankle joint;
(2) Special signs of fractures, such as affected ankle swelling, pain, deformity, and abnormal movement;
(3) Closed external rotation ankle joint fracture involving the posterior ankle confirmed by X-ray and CT examination;
(4) Fresh ankle fracture (within 2 weeks after injury);
(5) Age range from 18 to 60 years old.

排除标准:

(1)病理性骨折
(2)开放性骨折
(3)合并症,如心、肺、肝、肾脏或其他器官功能障碍或全身性营养不良导致无法忍受手术
(4)合并陈旧性骨折

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Pathological fractures;
(2) Open fracture;
(3) Complications, such as dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or other organs or systemic malnutrition leading to unbearable surgery;
(4) Combined old fractures
