研究目的：

评价“超声引导下肱二头肌长头肌腱体表定位法”定位下，采用“经筋推拿结合小针刀”疗法及“超声引导下小针刀”疗法对肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎患者的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect of "ultrasound-guided body surface localization of long head tendon of biceps brachii" and "ultrasound-guided small acupotomy" therapy on patients with long head tendon tendinitis of biceps brachii.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎的诊断标准者； （2）年龄在18岁-65 岁之间； （3）病程在3日到1年之间； （4）单侧患病者； （5）自愿受试并签署知情同意书者； （6）未参与其他临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients with a diagnosis of tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps brachii. (2)Subjects aged between 18 and 65 years. (3)Duration of disease between 3 days and 1 year (4)Tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps tendon on one side (5)Patients who volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent form. (6) Those not participating in other clinical trials. Patients with severe physical weakness

排除标准：

（1）不符合肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎诊断标准及纳入标准者； （2）合并外伤、肩关节骨折、脱位、感染、结核、肿瘤、重度骨质疏松等所致的肩部疼痛及功能障碍者； （3）施术部位有皮肤破溃，皮肤感染、深部有脓肿及全身急性感染性疾病者； （4）一切严重内脏病的发作期； （5）体质极度虚弱者； （6）血压较高，且情绪紧张者； （7）恶性肿瘤患者； （8）治疗哺乳或妊娠妇女，女性避开孕期及月期； （9）患有类风湿性疾病者、糖尿病患者； （10）不能坚持治疗或自行退出，无法进行疗效观察者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for biceps longus tendon tenosynovitis and the inclusion criteria (2)Shoulder pain and dysfunction due to trauma, shoulder fracture, dislocation, infection, tuberculosis, tumour, severe osteoporosis, etc. (3)There was a skin rupture at the operative siteSkin infectionTreatment site deep abscess and systemic acute infectious disease (4)Period of exacerbation of all serious visceral diseases (5)Patients with severe physical weakness (6)Patients with high blood pressure and emotional stress (7)malignant tumor patient (8)Treatment of nursing or pregnant women, women avoid pregnancy and monthly period (9)Patients with rheumatoid diseases?Diabetic Patient (10)Can not adhere to the treatment or withdraw from the treatment, can not be observed
