研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照试验评估加味济生肾气汤联合黄芪注射液背俞穴位注射临床治疗肝硬化的有效性及安全性，并进一步制定推广性强的肝硬化中医治疗方案和技术规范，并在基层医院进行推广应用。同时，根据研究实施过程及后期推广应用的情况，不断对技术方案进行优化，最终确立加味济生肾气汤联合背俞穴位注射治疗肝硬化技术规范和技术标准。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Jisheng Shenqi decoction combined with Huangqi injection at Back-shu point in the treatment of liver cirrhosis through randomized controlled trial, and further formulate a widely used TCM treatment plan and technical specification for liver cirrhosis, and promote it in primary hospitals. At the same time, according to the implementation process of the study and the situation of popularization and application in the later stage, the technical scheme was continuously optimized, and the technical specifications and standards of Jiawei Jisheng Shenqi decoction combined with Back-shu point injection in the treatment of liver cirrhosis were finally established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合肝硬化相关诊断；
年龄在18-65岁之间，性别不限；
自愿参与临床研究治疗；
试验前4周未接受中医治疗，且同意在研究期间不同时接受其他中医治疗

Inclusion criteria

Consistent with the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis;
Age between 18-65 years of both sexes;
Voluntary participation in clinical research treatment;
Have not received TCM treatment in the 4 weeks before the study and agree not to receive other TCM treatment concurrently during the study

排除标准：

合并其他慢性疾病用药者 严重肝功能损伤（转氨酶超过正常值上限10倍，或胆红素超过正常值上限5倍，或CTP评分>9分）； 伴有严重心、肺、脑、肾等其他系统疾病者； 存在中药或黄芪注射液药物过敏者； 穴位注射处皮肤损伤，不能接受治疗者； 因血小板过低（<50x10^9）、凝血功能异常（凝血时间>18s），存在出血风险不适合接受穴位注射治疗者； 依从性差，不能配合完成研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Combination of medication for other chronic diseases; Severe liver injury (transaminase more than 10 times the upper limit of normal, or bilirubin more than 5 times the upper limit of normal, or CTP score >9); accompanied by serious diseases of the heart, lung, brain, kidney and other systems; patients with allergy to traditional Chinese medicine or astragalus injection; the skin injury at the acupoint injection site cannot be treated; Patients with low platelet count (<50x10^9), abnormal coagulation function (clotting time >18s) and bleeding risk were not suitable for acupoint injection treatment; Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the researchers.
