研究目的：

为了评价中医药防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎有效性和安全性我院作为国家中医药管理局的陕西中医药大学援鄂医疗队，拟在陕西和武汉的临床工作中： 1.评价中医药在预防新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎（医学观察期人员）的作用。 2. 评价中西医结合在治疗新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎（确诊患者）的临床作用。以期通过中医药早期干预和全程用药，提高临床疗效，降低死亡率，降低危重症发生率，提高治愈率，为中医药防治该疾病提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the COVID-19 infection pneumonia and its safety and efficacy, our hospital, as the national medical administration of Shaanxi Medical University of China, is going to conduct this study in Shaanxi and Wuhan. 1. Evaluate the preventive role of COVID-19 infection pneumonia by using Chinese medicine (only for suspected infection cases); 2. Evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Chinese medicine for COVID-19 infection pneumonia (for confirmed cases).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究分为两部分，其中针对新冠肺炎疑似病例，试验组根据辩证论治方法不同症状采用不同配方颗粒，乏力伴胃肠不适患者服用配方颗粒1治疗，组分为（生黄芪45克，防风15克，炒白术10克，干姜1克，藿香10克，百部12克，白前10克，前胡10克，草果5克，知母10克），乏力伴发热患者服用配方颗粒2治疗，组分为（柴胡20克，黄芩10克，党参10克，清半夏10克，甘草10克，生姜10克，大枣10克，藿香10克）；针对新冠肺炎确诊病例，试验组在西医治疗的基础上辨证加用中药，初期寒湿郁肺患者，服用配方颗粒3治疗，组分为（瓜蒌15克，半夏15克，黄芩10克，党参10克，干姜10克，炒白术10克，前胡10克，白前10克，荆芥10克，炙百部12克），中期疫毒闭肺患者服用配方颗粒4治疗，组分为（生石膏30克，瓜蒌20克，半夏15克，黄芩10克，生姜10克，柴胡10克，生麻黄6克，杏仁10克，陈皮10克，厚朴10克，生大黄5克），重症期内闭外脱患者服用配方颗粒5治疗，组分为（人参10g，制附片20g，山茱萸30g，干姜15克，甘草15克，生龙骨15克，生牡蛎15克），恢复期肺脾气虚患者服用配方颗粒6治疗，组分为（党参15g，生黄芪45 g，茯苓15g，藿香10g，砂仁5g，生姜10克，炒白术10克，清半夏10g、陈皮10g） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Novel coronavirus pneumonia is suspected in this study. The experimental group was treated with different formula particles according to the dialectical treatment method. The patients with fatigue and gastrointestinal discomfort were treated with 1 granule Formula 1. The ingredients were (Astragalus membranaceus 45 grams, 15 grams of windbreak, 10 grams of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 1 grams of dried ginger, 10 grams of Agrobacterium, 12 grams of 100 parts, 10 grams before white, 10 grams of anterior rhizome, 5 grams of grass fruit, and 10 grams of rhizome Anemarrhenae). Novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were treated with formula granule 2. The ingredients were: (Bupleurum 20 grams, Radix Scutellariae 10 grams, Codonopsis pilosula 10 grams, clear Banxia 10 grams, licorice 10 grams, ginger 10 grams, jujube 10 grams, patchouli 10 grams); for the new crown pneumonia case, the experimental group was based on Western medicine treatment, and the Chinese medicine was added. G, 15g of pinellia, 10g of Scutellaria, 10g of Dangshen, 10g of dried ginger, 10g of stir fried Atractylodes, 10g of Qianhu, 10g of Baiqian, 10g of Schizonepeta tenuifolia and 12g of roasted Baibu). The patients with intermediate stage epidemic toxin and lung arrest were treated with formula granule 4, which was composed of 30g of raw gypsum, 20g of Gualou, 15g of pinellia, 10g of Huangqin, 10g of ginger, 10g of bupleurum, 6G of raw ephedra, 10g of almond, 10g of tangerine peel and 10g of Magnolia , rhubarb 5g), formula granule 5g for the patients with severe internal closure and external detachment, with the components of (ginseng 10g, prepared adhesive 20g, Cornus 30g, dried ginger 15g, liquorice 15g, raw keel 15g, raw oyster 15g), formula granule 6G for the patients with lung qi deficiency in the recovery period, with the components of (dangshen 15g, raw Astragalus 45g g. Poria cocos 15g, Huoxiang 10g, Amomum 5g, ginger 10g, stir fried Atractylodes 10g, pinellia, tangerine peel 10g) 

纳入标准：

1、入组前流行病学史：
①发病前14天内有武汉地区或其他有本地病例持续传播地区的旅行史或居住史；
②发病前14天内曾接触过来自武汉市或其他有本地病例持续传播地区的发热或有呼吸道症状的患者；
③有聚集性发病或与新型冠状病毒感染者有流行病学关联。
2、临床症状体征。
3、实验室检查和胸部CT等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Novel coronavirus history before entering the group:
(1) there were travel history or residential history in Wuhan area or other areas with local cases within 14 days before onset;
(2) During the 14 days before onset, there were patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from Wuhan or other areas with persistent local cases;
2. Clinical symptoms and signs;
3. Laboratory examination and chest CT.

排除标准：

1、有下列感染之一的，（流感病毒、副流感病毒、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒、人偏肺病毒、SARS冠状病毒等其他已知病毒性肺炎）；
2、肺炎支原体、衣原体肺炎及细菌性肺炎；
3、具有非感染性疾病，如血管炎、皮肌炎和机化性肺炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having one of the following infections (influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, rhinovirus, human partial lung virus, SARS coronavirus and other known viral pneumonia);
2. Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and bacterial pneumonia;
3. There are non infectious diseases, such as vasculitis, dermatomyositis and organic pneumonia.
