本研究旨在探索和验证基于多组学技术在慢性和代谢性疾病中的应用，以实现对这些疾病的早期预警、检测和预后监测。具体目标包括： 1.收集大规模的患者和健康对照样本，进行基因组学、蛋白质组学、微生物组学和代谢组学的数据分析。 2.评估多组学技术在疾病早期预警和检测中的效果。 3.筛选和验证与慢性和代谢性疾病相关的分子标志物。 4.开发高灵敏度和特异性的预测模型及诊断试剂盒。 5.结合机器学习和统计方法，为慢性和代谢性疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供新的策略和工具。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore and validate the application of multi-omics based technologies in chronic and metabolic diseases for early warning, detection and prognostic monitoring of these diseases. Specific objectives include: 1. to collect large-scale patient and healthy control samples for genomics, proteomics, microbiomics and metabolomics data analysis. 2. assessing the efficacy of multi-omics technologies in early warning and detection of disease. 3. screen and validate molecular markers associated with chronic and metabolic diseases. 4. Develop predictive models and diagnostic kits with high sensitivity and specificity. 5. Combine machine learning and statistical methods to provide new strategies and tools for early diagnosis and treatment of chronic and metabolic diseases.

纳入标准：

年龄在18岁以上
必须有明确的慢性或代谢性疾病诊断，如根据国际通用的诊断标准确定的糖尿病、高血压、肥胖等。
早期或中期疾病患者可能会被优先考虑，以评估早期预警和检测策略的有效性。
可以要求患者在过去一段时间内（例如过去3个月）没有接受过任何相关疾病的治疗，以避免治疗对生物标志物的影响。
能够理解研究性质并自愿签署知情同意书。
愿意并能够遵守研究协议的要求，包括定期提供样本和临床数据。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18 years or older.;
Must have a clear diagnosis of a chronic or metabolic disease, such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc., as determined by internationally recognized diagnostic criteria.;
Patients with early or intermediate stage disease may be prioritized to assess the effectiveness of early warning and detection strategies.;
Patients may be asked not to have received treatment for any relevant disease in the past period of time (e.g., past 3 months) to avoid the effect of treatment on biomarkers.;
Ability to understand the nature of the study and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.;
Willing and able to comply with the requirements of the study protocol, including regular provision of samples and clinical data.

排除标准：

存在其他重大慢性疾病或急性疾病，可能影响研究结果的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with the presence of other significant chronic or acute medical conditions that may affect the study results.;
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding may be excluded due to changes in hormone levels that may affect biomarkers.;
Being on certain medications that may affect study results, such as immunosuppressants, antibiotics, etc.;
Patients who have recently undergone surgery or have significant physical trauma may be excluded.;
Individuals who are unable to understand the study or cooperate as required by the study due to cognitive impairment, mental illness, or other reasons.;
Individuals under the protection of the law, such as minors, wards of the court, mentally ill patients, etc., unless there is consent from the legal guardian.
