研究目的：

1.评估银屑病患者的心理情绪如焦虑、抑郁情况； 2.fMRI评估银屑病患者心理认知障碍及结构基础； 3.分析银屑病病情严重程度与心理认知的关联度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the psychological and emotional status of patients with psoriasis, such as anxiety and depression; 2. fMRI assessment of psychological and cognitive impairment and structural basis of patients with psoriasis; 3. Analyze the correlation between psoriasis severity and psychological cognition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床或病理确诊为银屑病；
2.年龄≥18岁及≤65岁（性别不限）；
3.右利手（不包括左利手及双利手）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical or pathological diagnosis of psoriasis;
2. Aged 18 to 65 years;
3. Right-handed (excluding left-handed and double-handed).

排除标准：

1.女性处于妊娠期，扫描及测评当天处于月经期；
2.有核磁禁忌症且不可以耐受核磁扫描；
3.既往 MRI 扫描脑内病灶或结构异常；
4.有过度饮酒史及药物、毒品滥用或依赖史；
5.当前或既往有神经精神疾病病史：意识不清超 5 分钟的任何情况（癫痫、短暂性脑缺血发作等）、颅脑外伤、颅脑手术、脑血管病、精神分裂症、情感障碍性疾病；
6.当前或既往有重大躯体疾病（心脏病、恶性肿瘤、遗传性疾病等)；
7.当前有接受可能影响认知功能的药物使用史，既往及当前有使用抗精神病药物，情绪稳定剂，异烟肼，糖皮质激素，兴奋剂，精神兴奋性食欲抑制剂或中枢性降压药（可乐定、利血平)；
8.近 1 个月内有使用镇静催眠药（苯二氮卓类、巴比妥类）或者非处方类睡眠辅助药；
9.有一级、二级、三级亲属神经精神疾病家族史；
10.研究者认为受试者不宜参加试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women are in pregnancy, menstrual period on the day of scanning and evaluation;
2. MRI contraindications and intolerance of MRI scans;
3. Previous MRI scans of lesions or structural abnormalities in the brain;
4. Have a history of excessive drinking and drugs, drug abuse or dependence;
5. Current or previous history of neuropsychiatric diseases: any situation (epilepsy, transient ischemic attack, etc.) unconscious for more than 5 minutes, traumatic brain injury, craniocerebral surgery, cerebrovascular disease, schizophrenia, affective disorder Sexual disease;
6. Current or previous major physical illness (heart disease, malignant tumor, hereditary disease, etc.)
7. Current history of acceptance of drugs that may affect cognitive function, past and current use of antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, isoniazid, glucocorticoids, stimulants, psychostimulant appetite suppressants or central hypotension Medicine (clonidine, reserpine);
8. Have used sedative hypnotics (benzodiazepines, barbiturates) or over-the-counter sleep aids in the past month;
9. Have a family history of neuropsychiatric disorders from first-, second- and third-degree relatives;
10. Researchers don't think subjects should participate in trials.
