在试点城市（县）中以社区为基础，整合社区多种资源，探索有效的社区戒烟干预模式，包括提升吸烟者戒烟意愿和帮助吸烟者戒烟的方式方法，并探讨社区戒烟干预工作的补偿机制，形成政策建议。  

Objectives of Study：

In the pilot cities (counties), based on the community, integrate a variety of resources in the community, explore effective community cessation intervention models, including ways and means to enhance smokers' willingness to quit and to help smokers to quit, as well as exploring the compensation mechanism for community cessation intervention work, and formulate policy recommendations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 现在吸烟者，包括每日吸烟者及现在偶尔吸烟者； 2. 年龄18岁及以上； 3. 同意参与本次试验研究并承诺将配合参与整个过程； 4. 近一个月没参与其他戒烟干预项目; 5. 近一个月内有戒烟意愿的吸烟者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Current smokers, including daily smokers and occasional current smokers; 2. Age 18 years and above; 3. Agree to participate in this study and promise to cooperate and participate in the whole process; 4. Did not participate in other smoking cessation intervention programs in the past month; 5. Smokers who are willing to quit within the last month.

排除标准：

1. 患有精神系统疾病。

1. Suffering from mental illness.

本研究中干预组和对照组的两种措施在干预过程中存在明显差异，在知情同意过程中会明确和干预对象进行沟通，因此无法对研究对象设盲，故为开放性试验，但对数据统计分析人员设盲。

Blinding：

In this study, there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the intervention process. In the process of informed consent, the intervention object would be clearly communicated with, so the study object could not be blinded. Therefore, it was an open experiment, but data statistical analysts were blinded.
