研究目的：

1. 主要目的：研究外周血中血小板、单核细胞各亚群线粒体代谢特征以及全血转录组的围术期变化与老年患者POCD/POD发生之间的关系。 2. 次要目的：研究年轻人和老年人外周血单核细胞在炎症应激下线粒体代谢和炎症表型的变化差异，以及葡萄糖代谢途径或其下游通路干预对其影响，探讨老年人POCD/POD易感性增高的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To study the role of mitochondrial metabolism of platelet and monocytes in peripheral blood as well as whole blood transcriptome in the occurrence of POCD/POD in elderly patients. 2. Secondary objective: To study the different changes of mitochondrial metabolism and phenotype of monocytes under inflammatory condition between young and elderly patients, and the effects of glucose metabolism or its downstream pathway intervention on them, thus to explore the possible mechanism of increased susceptibility to POCD/POD in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 择期行全麻下普外科腹部手术的患者； 2. 年龄≥60岁； 3. ASA分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； 4. 术前签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age >= 60 years; 3. ASA classification I - III; 4. Individuals who have signed the informed consent form prior to surgery.

排除标准：

1. 急诊手术病人； 2. 有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全病史； 3. 术前有焦虑、抑郁、痴呆、中风、癫痫、帕金森、AD等神经精神类疾病病史； 4. MMSE量表评定存在认知障碍的患者； 5. 患者有严重视听功能障碍； 6. 嗜酒或药物成瘾者； 7. 不配合无法沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients for emergency surgery;
2. Documented history of severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. Documented history of neuropsychiatric diseases such as anxiety, depression, dementia, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and AD before operation;
4. Patients with cognitive impairment assessed by MMSE;
5. Patients with serious auditory or visual dysfunction;
6. Alcohol or drug addicts;
7. Individuals who do not cooperate or with communication difficulties.
