本研究旨在开发和验证基于多组学的感染性疾病早期预警、监测和预后评估的新技术和方法。我们还将筛选与感染性疾病相关的分子标志物，并探讨其在临床中的应用潜力。我们希望通过这些方法，提高感染性疾病的早期诊断率，减少误诊和漏诊，为患者提供更为个性化的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to develop and validate new technologies and methods for early warning, surveillance and prognostic assessment of infectious diseases based on multi-omics. We will also screen molecular markers associated with infectious diseases and explore their potential application in the clinic. Through these methods, we hope to improve the early diagnosis rate of infectious diseases, reduce misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis, and provide more personalized treatment plans for patients.

纳入标准：

年龄：考虑到感染性疾病可能在不同年龄段的人群中发生，我们将考虑不同年龄段的患者，但主要集中在成人和老年人（≥18 岁）。 感染性疾病诊断：已确诊为感染性疾病的患者，包括但不限于肺部感染、尿路感染、血流感染等。 疾病严重程度：为了评估新技术在不同病情严重程度下的表现，我们将根据国际公认的疾病严重程度评分系统（如 APACHE II 评分）来筛选患者。 临床需求：对于那些需要快速、准确诊断和预后评估的感染性疾病患者，将优先考虑纳入。 知情同意：患者或其法定代理人需签署知情同意书，同意参与该研究。

Inclusion criteria

Age: Considering that infectious diseases may occur in people of different ages, we will consider patients of different ages, but mainly adults and the elderly (≥ 18 years old). Infectious diseases diagnosis: patients who have been diagnosed with infectious diseases, including but not limited to lung infection, urinary tract infection, blood flow infection, etc. Disease severity: In order to evaluate the performance of new technologies at different disease severity levels, we will screen patients based on internationally recognized disease severity scoring systems (such as the APACHE II score). Clinical needs: For those patients with infectious diseases who need rapid and accurate diagnosis and prognosis evaluation, priority will be given to them. Informed consent: Patients or their legal representatives are required to sign an informed consent form and agree to participate in the study.

排除标准：

免疫缺陷或免疫抑制状态：患者存在免疫缺陷、接受免疫抑制治疗等情况，可能会影响多组学分析的结果。 既往病史：患有严重慢性疾病、恶性肿瘤等可能干扰感染性疾病诊断和预后评估的疾病。 妊娠或哺乳期妇女：考虑到妊娠和哺乳期对女性的生理状态有显著影响，这部分人群将被排除在外。 不适宜的研究样本：如无法获得足够的血液或其他适当的生物样本进行多组学分析。 不愿意提供知情同意：当患者或其法定代理人拒绝签署知情同意书时，将不纳入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Immunodeficiency or immunosuppressive status: Patients with immunodeficiency or receiving immunosuppressive treatment may affect the results of multi omics analysis. Past medical history: suffering from serious chronic diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases that may interfere with the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of infectious diseases. Pregnant or lactating women: Considering that pregnancy and lactation have a significant impact on women's physiological status, this group of people will be excluded. Inappropriate research samples: such as inability to obtain sufficient blood or other appropriate biological samples for multi omics analysis. Not willing to provide informed consent: When patients or their legal representatives refuse to sign the informed consent form, they will not be included in the study.
