研究目的：

研究预期利用机器学习算法，整合原创性质谱激素检测项目，建立卵母细胞发育潜能的评估模型，并就其实际临床应用价值进行全面的评估。该模型将具有以下优势:（1）简便：在患者取卵当日进行相关检查并输入数据后即可获取卵母细胞发育潜能的评估数据；（2）快速：在取卵同时进行评估，避免临床将获取的多个卵母细胞同时培养，帮助临床筛选重点培养的卵母细胞，提高体外培养成功率。本研究预期建立卵母细胞发育潜能评估模型，帮助有效筛选优质卵母细胞，提升临床不孕患者接受辅助生殖治疗的受孕率。  

Objectives of Study：

The research is expected to use machine learning algorithms to integrate original hormone detection items, establish an assessment model of oocyte developmental potential, and conduct a comprehensive assessment of its practical clinical application value. This model will have the following advantages: (1) simplicity: assessment data of oocyte development potential can be obtained after relevant examination and data input on the day of egg retrieval; (2) Rapid: the evaluation is carried out at the same time of egg retrieval, avoiding the simultaneous culture of multiple oocytes obtained in clinic, helping clinical screening of key cultured oocytes, and improving the success rate of in vitro culture. This study is expected to establish an assessment model of oocyte development potential, help effectively screen high-quality oocytes, and improve the pregnancy rate of clinical infertility patients receiving assisted reproductive treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①促排卵方案为拮抗剂方案； ②受精方式为 ICSI； ③年龄≤45 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1: The ovulation stimulating regimen was antagonist regimen; 2: The mode of fertilization was ICSI; 3: Age ≤45 years old;

排除标准：

1: 女性基础FSH>10 mIU/ml或AMH<1.1 mIU/ml； 2: 患者有其它合并疾病如甲状腺功能异常、高血压、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤及重要脏器（如心、脑、肺、肝、肾等）疾患等； 3: 其他女性基础疾病如子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、多囊卵巢综合征等； 4: 男方严重少弱精症及睾丸来源精子； 5: 夫妻双方染色体异常； 6：对象符合以上指标中的任一项则不入选该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Female basic FSH>10 mIU/ml or AMH<1.1 mIU/ml; 2: The patient has other complicated diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and diseases of important organs (such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc.); 3: Other female basic diseases such as endometriosis, adenomyosis of uterus, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc; 4: severe oligoasthenospermia of the male and testicular sperm; 5: Chromosome abnormalities in couples; 6: Subjects meeting any of the above criteria were not included in the study.
