探讨老年非小细胞肺癌肝转移患者的危险因素，并建立预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the risk factors for liver metastasis in elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients and establishing a predictive model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经六盘水市人民医院、贵州医科大学附属医院及贵阳市第一人民医院病理组织学诊断为非小细胞肺癌或者SEER数据库病理组织学诊断为非小细胞肺癌；（2）患者的年龄≥60岁；（3）具有完整临床资料的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer by pathological histology in Liupanshui People's Hospital, Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital, and Guiyang First People's Hospital or SEER database; (2) The patient's age is ≥ 60 years old; (3) Patients with complete clinical data.

排除标准：

（1）关键变量缺失；（2）只有死亡报告或尸检证明的病例；（3）肺癌不是第一个原发肿瘤；（4）患者的生存时间＜1个月或未知。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Missing key variables; (2) Cases with only death reports or autopsy certificates; (3) Lung cancer is not the first primary tumor; (4) The patient's survival time is less than 1 month or unknown.
