研究目的：

居家康复服务“线上病房”对残疾人的肢体功能障碍有积极影响，但缺少对残疾人及陪护生活质量和心理情况影响的研究，本研究通过整理分析汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、SF-36中文版量表、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自测量表（SDS）、诺丁汉健康量表（NHP），探讨居家康复服务“线上病房”对残疾人及陪护生活质量和心理情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The home rehabilitation service "online ward" has a positive impact on the physical dysfunction of the disabled, but there is a lack of research on the impact on the quality of life and psychological status of the disabled and their caregivers. This study analyzed the Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, SF-36 Chinese version scale, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Nottingham Health Scale (NHP) to explore the impact of home rehabilitation service "online ward" on the quality of life and psychological conditions of the disabled and their caregivers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18周岁以上，有残联下发的残疾人证，且有同一个陪护全程参与； （2）残疾人认知无障碍，有康复指征且有康复意愿，功能处于缓解期或平稳期，未处于急性发作期； （3）能顺利完成居家康复服务； （4）残疾人本人或委托家属签署知情同意书； （5）对康复训练有基本了解，并具有基本的自我康复训练能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over the age of 18, have a disability certificate issued by the DPF, and have the same companion participate in the whole process; (2) Persons with disabilities are cognitively barrier-free, have signs of rehabilitation and desire for rehabilitation, and their functions are in remission or stable, not in acute attack; (3) can successfully complete home rehabilitation services; (4) The disabled person or entrust family members to sign the informed consent; (5) Have a basic understanding of rehabilitation training, and have basic self-rehabilitation training ability.

排除标准：

（1）不符合上述纳入标准的其他病例； （2）残疾人或陪护存在认知障碍； （3）因各种情况，中途结束居家康复服务； （4）存在精神类疾病或无法配合治疗的残疾人； （5）残疾人陪护在居家康复治疗期间有变动； （6）重要脏器严重损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other cases that do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) The disabled or the companion has cognitive impairment; (3) Termination of home rehabilitation services due to various circumstances; (4) Disabled individuals with mental illness or inability to cooperate with treatment; (5) There is a change in the companion of the disabled during the rehabilitation treatment at home; (6) Serious injury of important organs.
