研究目的：

探究静脉麻醉对无痛胃肠镜检查病人睡眠节律的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of intravenous anesthesia on sleep rhythm in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy examination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18岁≤年龄≤65岁；ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级；体质指数18.5-23.9kg/m2；麻醉时长≤30min；未长期使用镇静药物、催眠药和精神药物；生活方式规律；生活地点固定；无精神疾病或视、听、说等障碍；近３个月内没有静脉或全身麻醉史；没有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的病人。

Inclusion criteria

18 years ≤ age ≤ 65 years; ASA Level I-II; Body mass index 18.5-23.9kg/m2; Anesthesia duration ≤ 30min; Not using sedatives, hypnotics, and psychotropic drugs for a long time; Lifestyle patterns; Fixed living location; No mental illness or visual, auditory, or speech impairments; No history of intravenous or general anesthesia within the past 3 months; Patients without sleep apnea syndrome.

排除标准：

麻醉药物过敏者；内镜检查发生重大并发症；术后须再次行全麻或静脉麻醉；因各种原因无法完成后续随访。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with allergies to anesthetic drugs; Major complications occur during endoscopic examination; Postoperative general anesthesia or intravenous anesthesia must be performed again; Unable to complete follow-up due to various reasons.
