探究胃癌和结直肠癌术中检测腹腔游离癌细胞的方法  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the method of detecting free cancer cells in abdominal cavity during operation of gastric and colorectal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

我院或外院病检报告确诊为胃癌或直肠癌患者；术前影像学检查证实无远处转移，可行根治性切除术；术前未行新辅助放化疗；未合并其他重大基础疾病；未合并术前梗阻、出血或穿孔等合并症；

Inclusion criteria

Patients with gastric or rectal cancer confirmed by pathology in our hospital or other hospitals; no distant metastasis confirmed by preoperative imaging and feasible radical resection; no preoperative neoadjuvant radiotherapy; no other major underlying diseases; no comorbidities such as preoperative obstruction, bleeding or perforation.

排除标准：

同时合并其他恶性肿瘤或既往有恶性肿瘤病史；目前有难以控制的感染病史或合并重大系统性疾病；术前影像学或术中探查发现远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

Combination of other malignant tumors or previous history of malignant tumors; current history of uncontrollable infections or combination of major systemic diseases; distant metastases detected by preoperative imaging or intraoperative exploration
