研究目的：

本试验拟通过多中心随机对照试验，进行调神益智针法对遗忘型轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能的影响的研究，从而评价调神益智针法对该人群认知功能影响的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This experiment aims to conduct a multicenter randomized controlled trial to investigate the impact of the Tiao Shen Yi Zhi acupuncture method on cognitive function in elderly individuals with mild cognitive impairment, in order to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the Tiao Shen Yi Zhi acupuncture method on cognitive function in this population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合以上诊断标准； ②年龄60-75岁； ③母语为汉语，右利手，至少受过小学教育； ④与过去5年内的正常状态相比，存在主观的持续记忆下降或认知功能减退，并得到了其护理人员的确认。 ⑤日常生活能力(ADL)保持正常，ADL 量表（14项表）评分≤18分知情同意，志愿参加。 ⑥满足上述所有纳入标准方可入组。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the above diagnostic criteria; ② Age range from 60 to 75 years old; ③ Native Chinese, right-handed, with at least elementary education; ④ Compared to the normal state within the past 5 years, there is a subjective sustained decline in memory or cognitive function, which has been confirmed by its nursing staff. ⑤ Daily living ability (ADL) remains normal, with a score of ≤ 18 on the ADL scale (14 items), informed consent, and voluntary participation. ⑥ Only those who meet all the inclusion criteria mentioned above can be enrolled.

排除标准：

①存在阳性神经病史（如创伤性脑损伤、中风、帕金森病、多发性硬化症）；影响认知功能的治疗（例如，急性精神疾病发作的治疗、美金刚、利伐斯的明和多奈哌齐的治疗）； ②存在显著的精神病史（如双相情感障碍、精神分裂症）或严重的焦虑和抑郁； ③存在严重的心脏、肾脏、肝脏、胃肠道、传染性、内分泌疾病或癌症； ④严重的视听觉障碍，无法进行神经心理学评估； ⑤三个月内接受过针灸治疗。 凡具有以上条件之一者，均排除出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Having a positive history of neurological disorders (such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); Treatment that affects cognitive function (such as the treatment of acute psychiatric attacks, the treatment of memantines, rivastatin, and donepezil); ② There is a significant history of mental illness (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia) or severe anxiety and depression; ③ Existence of serious heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal, infectious, endocrine diseases or cancer; ④ Severe visual and auditory impairments that prevent neuropsychological evaluation; ⑤ He received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment within three months. Those who meet one of the above conditions will be excluded from the study.

选穴四神聪、印堂、内关、丰隆、三阴交、太溪、太冲（来源于石学敏院士的小醒脑处方）。除四神聪、印堂外均为双侧。受试者取仰卧位，皮肤消毒后，针灸师将针灸针刺入穴位，使用捻转、推压等柔和的手法行针，使患者得气。得气感包括患者的酸痛、麻木、发胀、沉重等感觉和针灸师手下沉着感。行针手法 1min，每 8-10min行针一次，旋转角度60°，捻转速度约120次/分，平补平泻，每次治疗留针30分钟后出针。

Intervention：

Select acupoints such as Si Shen Cong, Yin Tang, Neiguan, Feng Long, San Yin Jiao, Tai Xi, and Tai Chong (derived from Academician Shi Xuemin's Little Awakening Brain Prescription). Except for Si Shen Cong and Yin Tang, they are all bilateral. The subjects were in a supine position. After the skin was disinfected, the acupuncture and moxibustion inserted acupuncture and moxibustion into the acupoints, and used soft techniques such as twisting, pushing and pressing, to make the patients get angry. The sense of deqi includes the patient's pain, numbness, distension, heaviness and the acupuncture and moxibustion's feeling of sinking hands. Acupuncture technique is performed for 1 minute, once every 8-10 minutes, with a rotation angle of 60 ° and a twisting speed of about 120 times/minute. The technique involves flat tonifying, flat reducing, and leaving the needle for 30 minutes after each treatment.

假针组的疗程与针刺组相同。操作选择非经非穴浅刺法，定位避开经络循行于针刺组各真穴位置旁开1寸，避免得气，均浅刺（深度小于3mm）不行针，其余操作与针刺组相同。

Intervention：

The treatment course of the sham acupuncture group is the same as that of the acupuncture group. Choose non meridian and non acupoint shallow needling method for operation, avoid meridian circulation, and open 1 inch next to each true acupoint position in the acupuncture group to avoid getting Qi. Shallow needling (depth less than 3mm) is not allowed, and other operations are the same as those in the acupuncture group.
