研究目的：

构建不同年龄段人脑MRI结构和功能常模，以评估人类大脑的正常生长发育，以了解青少年大脑发育情况及中老年人大脑老化情况，评估临床生物指标和疾病对脑结构及功能的影响，为临床工作提供参考标准。  

Objectives of Study：

The structure and function of human brain MRI of different ages was constructed to evaluate the normal growth and development of the human brain, so as to understand the brain development of adolescents and the aging of the brain of middle-aged and elderly people, and evaluate the impact of clinical biological indicators and diseases on brain structure and function, so as to provide a reference standard for clinical work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄不限，性别不限； （2）无神经、精神类疾病； （3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No age limit, no gender limit; (2) No neurological or psychiatric diseases; (3) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有MRI扫描禁忌症如幽闭恐惧症、心脏起搏器、冠状动脉支架置入术后； （2）扫描过程中发现头颅器质性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are contraindications to MRI scanning, such as claustrophobia, pacemaker, and coronary artery stenting after surgery; (2) Those who find organic diseases of the head during the scanning process.
