研究目的：

探索重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）各期程序化模块化微创化个体化外科治疗体系建立，并进行临床评价研究，获得行业认可的诊疗规范，以规范和指导临床实践。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of the programmed, modular, minimally invasive, individualized (PMMI) surgical strategy in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients with local complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次发病且发病48h内入院治疗； 2.经影像学检查证实中度重症或重症急性胰腺炎并发局部并发症； 3.年龄≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients were admitted to the hospital within 48 h of SAPonset. 2. According to the 2012 Atlanta classification of acute pancreatitis, patients had moderately severe acute pancreatitis and/or severe acute pancreatitis with local complications. 3. Age ≥18.

排除标准：

1. 既往慢性胰腺炎 2. 既往腹部手术史 3. 治疗过程中病情未愈家属放弃治疗或转院者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with past history of chronic pancreatitis. 2. Patients with previous abdominal surgery. 3. Patients who gave up treatment or were transferred midway.
