研究目的：

本研究将基于功能性近红外光谱技术（fNIRS），阐明高强度间歇训练(HIIT)对健康人群疼痛行为学的改善效应的脑机制。此外，本研究还将探究不同范式的高强度间歇训练在疼痛行为学和脑激活程度指标上带来的的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This research will be based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology (fNIRS) to illustrate the improvement mechanisms of HIIT on pain behavior (pain sensitivity and tolerance). Meanwhile, this study will further explore the differences in pain behavioral and brain activation brought by various parameters of HIIT.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康受试者纳入标准：
（1）年龄在 18 - 35 岁之间的健康成年人，右利手；
（2）近一星期无强烈的情绪波动；
（3）认知功能正常，能理解实验流程，并配合完成实验；
（4）视力正常或矫正至正常；
（5）自愿参加并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects:
(1) Healthy adults aged 18-35, right-handed;
(2) No strong emotional fluctuation in the past week;
(3) Normal cognitive function, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate to complete the experiment;
(4) Vision is normal or corrected to normal;
(5) Participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent.

排除标准：

1）存在感觉异常性疾病； 2）存在明显皮肤破损、皮肤病（影响疼痛的测量）； 3）存在神经性或精神疾病（如抑郁，焦虑，双相情感障碍，精神分裂症等）； 4）存在头部外伤史，或明显器质性病变，如脑肿瘤、脑梗塞等； 5）存在影响脑功能的其他系统的疾病（如心血管系统疾病、代谢系统疾病、血液系统疾病、传染病等）； 6）目前正在服用药物（如抗抑郁药、止痛药等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Presence of sensory disorders; 2) There is obvious skin damage or skin disease (affecting the measurement of pain); 3) Existence of neurological or psychiatric disorders (such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 4) Having a history of head injury or obvious organic lesions, such as brain tumors or cerebral infarction; 5) Diseases of other systems that affect brain function (such as cardiovascular system diseases, metabolic system diseases, hematological system diseases, infectious diseases, etc.); 6) Currently taking medication (such as antidepressants, painkillers, etc.).
