研究目的：

（1）探究白血病患儿及主要照顾者侵入性操作期间的负性心理； （2）确定生物反馈干预的内容,构建以白血病患儿家庭为中心的干预方案； （3）实施和评价以家庭为中心的白血病患儿接受侵入性操作时恐惧心理的生物反馈干预研究的可行性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Exploring the negative psychology of children with leukemia and their primary caregivers during invasive procedures; (2) Determine the content of biofeedback intervention and construct an intervention plan centered around the family of leukemia patients; (3) Feasibility and effectiveness of implementing and evaluating a biofeedback intervention study on fear psychology in family centered leukemia children undergoing invasive procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患儿：①年龄≥6岁；②经病理诊断为白血病，③有基本的文字阅读和语言交流能力；④患儿生命体征平稳；⑤侵入性操作穿刺≤5次；⑥意识清楚，自愿参与本研究。 2.主要照顾者：①年龄≥18岁；②承担患者主要照顾责任；③照顾者明确疾病诊断，了解治疗方案；④有基本的文字阅读和语言交流能力，能使用手机上网；⑤意识清楚，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children: ① Age ≥ 6 years old; ② Pathologically diagnosed with leukemia, ③ possessing basic language reading and communication skills; ④ The vital signs of the child are stable; ⑤ Invasive puncture ≤ 5 times; ⑥ Conscious and willing to participate in this study. 2.Main caregivers: ① Age ≥ 18 years old; ② Take on the main responsibility of taking care of patients; ③ Caregivers should have a clear diagnosis of the disease and understand the treatment plan; ④ Basic skills in text reading and language communication, able to use mobile phones to access the internet; ⑤ Conscious and willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.患儿：①伴有其他严重急慢性疾病或其他恶性肿瘤；②参加过心理干预和既往患有精神病史的患者。 2.主要照顾者：①被诊断有精神疾病史；②保姆、护工等有偿性照顾。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children: ① accompanied by other serious acute or chronic diseases or other malignant tumors; ② Patients who have participated in psychological intervention and have a previous history of mental illness. 2. Main caregivers: ① Diagnosed with a history of mental illness; ② Paid care such as nannies and caregivers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

干预前（T1）发放调查问卷并使患儿及主要照顾者进行独立自主填写，以测量研究对象干预前心理状况。干预后即刻（T2）再次发放调查问卷进行心理状态的测量。治疗后一个月内进行随访发放问卷收集（T3），取平均值。每次问卷填写时间为30min。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before intervention (T1), a survey questionnaire was distributed and children and primary caregivers were asked to independently fill out the questionnaire to measure the psychological status of the study subjects before intervention. Immediately after intervention (T2), a survey questionnaire was distributed again for psychological state measurement. Follow up and distribute questionnaire collection (T3) within one month after treatment, and take the average value. The filling time for each questionnaire is 30 minutes.
