研究目的：

1. 构建基于自我调节理论的妇科肿瘤相关淋巴水肿风险管理行为促进方案，完成微信平台研发和可用性评价； 2. 探究基于自我调节理论的妇科肿瘤相关淋巴水肿风险管理行为促进方案的实施效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a program aimed to promote lymphedema risk management behaviors in gynecological cancer patients based on self-regulation theory, conduct wechat platform construction and usability evaluation; 2.To explore the implementation effect of the program aimed to promote lymphedema risk management behaviors in gynecological cancer patients based on self-regulation theory.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经临床病理检查首次确诊为妇科恶性肿瘤；②首次接受手术治疗且术中有盆腔/腹主动脉旁/腹股沟淋巴结清扫；③年龄≥18岁；④具备基本读写能力；⑤具备智能手机和微信的使用能力；⑥知晓自身病情及淋巴水肿风险；⑦知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosed as gynecological malignant tumor for the first time through clinical pathological examination; ② underwent surgery with pelvic/para-aortic/inguinal lymph node dissection for the first time; ③ more than 18 years old; ④ able to speak and read Chinese; ⑤ have the ability to use smart phones and wechat; ⑥ aware of their own condition and the risk of lymphedema; ⑦ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①合并认知障碍或其他精神类疾病；②合并其他癌症或严重的心、脑、肺等疾病；③肿瘤出现远处转移、复发或病情极危重；④下肢残疾或有心源性、肾源性、营养不良性等水肿症状；⑤已经确诊下肢淋巴水肿；⑥合并下肢血管疾病，如静脉曲张、深静脉栓塞等；⑦参加其他可能影响本研究结果的研究项目。

Exclusion criteria：

① have cognitive impairment or other mental diseases; ② have other cancers or serious heart, brain or lung diseases; ③ Distant metastasis, recurrence or critical illness; (4) lower limb disability or edema symptoms such as cardiogenic, nephrogenic, or malnutrition; ⑤ diagnosed lower extremity lymphedema; ⑥ combined with lower extremity vascular disease, such as varicose veins, deep vein embolism, etc. ⑦ Participate in other research projects that may affect the results of this study.

按照手术的先后顺序对参与者进行编号，不参与具体研究的课题组成员利用SPSS产生随机数字表，排序后分为干预组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The participants are numbered according to the order of surgery. A research group member who are not involved in this research generates a random number table using SPSS, sort these numbers and re-encode them to create control and intervention groups.

盲法：

本研究难以对干预者与受试者实施盲法，由于主要结局为自评量表也难以对评价者设盲，因此仅对统计分析人员设盲。

Blinding：

The intervention approach in this study makes it difficult to implement blinding for both the interveners and participants. Additionally, since the primary outcome is self-assessment scales, it is also challenging to blind the participants. Therefore, only the statistical analysts were blinded in this study.
