研究目的：

探索神经肌肉电刺激重建下肢感觉反馈的方式以及对下肢截肢者运动功能及步行能力的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the way of neuromuscular electrical stimulation to reconstruct sensory feedback of lower extremity and its effect on motor function and walking ability of amputee.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）受试者为单侧大腿截肢（无膝、踝关节），中残肢；
2）受试者残肢接受腔底端距地面距离≥55cm；
3）患者体重≤55kg；
4）受试者穿戴过，具有传统假肢使用经验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients are unilateral thigh amputations (without knee and ankle joints);
2. The distance from the end of the residual limb to the ground is >= 55cm;
3. Patient's weight is <= 55kg;
4. Patients have the experience of using prostheses.

排除标准：

1）患者不同意参加试验； 2）其它可能导致无法完成试验的严重疾病； 3）视野缺失或失语。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Patients did not agree to participate in the trial 2）Any psychological or medical condition that would affect the patients ability to comply with the study protocol; 3）Impaired vision or aphasia.
