构建针对老年患者围手术期并发症的患者参与医疗安全管理方案，并评价该方案的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a patient participation healthcare safety management program for perioperative complications in elderly patients and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program's application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁； （2）择期手术患者； （3）意识清楚，能够配合。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥60 years; (2) Elective surgical patients; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate.

排除标准：

（1）意识障碍，有精神病史及语言沟通障碍，不能理解、配合的患者； （2）急诊手术患者； （3）术后状态差，转移至重症监护病房 或因其他不可控因素无法完成本次研究者； （4）病人或家属拒绝参加试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with impaired consciousness, history of mental illness and verbal communication disorders who are unable to understand and cooperate; (2) Emergency surgical patients; (3) Patients with poor postoperative status, who have been transferred to the intensive care unit, or who are unable to complete the study due to other uncontrollable factors; and (4) Patients or family members who refuse to participate in the trial.
