研究目的：

评估围产期抑郁症的流行情况；了解围产期抑郁症的相关因素，为后续干预提供理论依据。开发与评价基于微信的干预措施，以期为今后更广泛的应用提供经验和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the prevalence of perinatal depression; To understand the related factors of perinatal depression and provide theoretical basis for subsequent intervention. To develop and evaluate wechat-based interventions to provide experience and data support for wider application in the future.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁的孕妇。 2.爱丁堡产后抑郁量表得分大于或等于9分。 3.具备中文阅读和写作能力。 4.能够正常使用微信进行沟通。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women older than 18 years of age. 2. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score greater than or equal to 9. 3. Ability to read and write Chinese. 4. Able to use wechat to communicate normally.

排除标准：

1.正在接受精神病学或心理治疗的妇女 2.不愿参与干预的妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women receiving psychiatric or psychological treatment 2. Women who did not want to participate in the intervention

采用便利抽样的方法，选择海南省妇幼保健院、石河子妇幼、武汉妇幼市的妇幼保健院作为研究现场，邀请前来做常规孕期检查的妇女参与研究，用spss统计软件产生随机编码号。

By convenience sampling, Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Hainan Province, Shihezi Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Wuhan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research sites. Women who came for routine pregnancy examination were invited to participate in the study, and spss statistical software was used to generate random coding numbers.
