研究目的：

借助宏基因组测序检测潜在供体感染病原菌，建立供体器官受者感染的防控机制、流程与系统化监测体系，总结当地流行病学调查，鉴别复杂或疑难疾病感染的病原菌，以提高边缘供体器官的利用率，同时为DDI精准治疗提供病原学依据，降低肾移植围术期的感染率与死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

By using metagenomic sequencing to detect potential donor infected pathogens, establish a prevention and control mechanism, process, and systematic monitoring system for donor organ recipient infection, summarize local epidemiological investigations, identify pathogens of complex or difficult disease infections, improve the utilization rate of peripheral donor organs, and provide pathogenic basis for precise treatment of DDI, reducing the infection rate and mortality rate during kidney transplantation.
