研究目的：

该研究拟通过类实验研究——非随机对照设计，聚焦于6岁以下孤独症谱系障碍这一群体，对孤独症谱系障碍患儿和家长形成的亲子对进行Project ImPACT干预方案的实施，以验证该循证方案在国内实施的有效性和可实施性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a quasi-experimental study, a non-randomized controlled design, this study focused on the group of autism spectrum disorders under 6 years old, and carried out a Project ImPACT intervention program for children with autism spectrum disorders and parent-child pairs formed by their parents, in order to verify the effectiveness and implementability of the evidence-based program in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）入组时年龄为6岁以下儿童及其父/母形成的亲子对； （2）构成入组亲子对的儿童有佳木斯大学附属第三医院医生诊断具有孤独症或疑似有孤独症风险的儿童； （3）构成亲子对的家长有一定的学习能力水平（学历高中及以上），能够理解课程，互动和沟通； （4）构成亲子对的家长有充分的时间和意愿来进行学习， 愿意参与和合作科研工作； （5）参加和实施训练构成亲子对的家长必须是单一的同一人。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Parent-child pairs formed by children under 6 years old and their parents at the time of joining the group. (2) The children who constitute the parent-child pair in the group have children with autism or suspected risk of autism diagnosed by doctors in the third affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University. (3) Parents who constitute parent-child pairs have a certain level of learning ability (senior high school education or above), and can understand curriculum, interaction and communication. (4) Parents who constitute parent-child pairs have sufficient time and willingness to study and are willing to participate in and cooperate in scientific research. (5) The parents who participate in and implement the training must be a single person.

排除标准：

（1）儿童在试验期间接受其他每天超过 6 小时训练的专业干预； （2）儿童患有其他神经系统疾病，如脑膜炎、脑炎、脑损伤、脑性瘫痪或其他潜在脑病病史； （3）儿童正在进行药物治疗； （4）家长同时参与其他专业的家长训练计划。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) During the trial period, children received other professional interventions with more than 6 hours of training per day. (2) The child suffers from other neurological diseases, such as meningitis, encephalitis, brain injury, cerebral palsy or other underlying encephalopathy. (3) Children are undergoing drug treatment. (4) Parents also participate in parent training programmes of other professions.
