研究目的：

验证超声引导联合“双显影线与动态针尖法”桡动脉穿刺技术相对于单纯超声引导“动态针尖法”桡动脉穿刺技术的优越性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the superiority of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture combined with "double contrast lines and dynamic needle-tip method" compared with ultrasound-guided "dynamic needle-tip method" radial artery puncture

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 年龄18-75周岁。 2: ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）分级标准在Ⅰ-Ⅲ级,术中需要桡动脉穿刺置管的择期手术患者。 3: 签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: Age 18-75 years old 2: The ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grading standard is in the Ⅰ-Ⅲ level, and the elective operation patients who need radial artery puncture and catheterization during the operation. 3: Sign the subject's informed consent

排除标准：

1: ASA分级＞Ⅲ级的患者 2： 改良Allen试验阳性或30天内进行过桡动脉穿刺置管 3: 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女 4: 麻醉后出现血流动力学不稳定需要药物干预 5: 术中需要使用拟穿刺侧前臂的情况 6: 由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者 7：拟穿刺部位损伤、感染或血肿。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with ASA classification>Ⅲ 2: Modified Allen's test positive or radial artery catheterization within 30 days 3: Pregnant and lactating women 4: Hemodynamic instability after anesthesia requiring pharmacological intervention 5: When the forearm on the side to be punctured needs to be used during the operation 6: Persons unable to give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities 7: Injury, infection or hematoma at the intended puncture site.
