探究与正常人相比，AIS患者躯干和肩胛区运动时候AMA的功能是否异常；  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring whether the function of AMA during trunk and scapular movement in AIS patients is abnormal compared to normal individuals;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

?年龄在10-18岁； ?确诊S型青少年特发性脊柱侧凸（右侧胸凸、左侧腰凸型）； ?之前没有接受过脊柱侧凸治疗； ?右利手； ?不存在肩关节功能障碍：肩痛、肩关节活动受限等； ?BMI≤25 kg/m2； ?同意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

? Age range from 10 to 18 years old; ? Confirmed S-type adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (right thoracosis, left lumbar scoliosis); ? have not received treatment for scoliosis before; ? Right-handed; ? No shoulder joint dysfunction: shoulder pain, limited shoulder joint movement, etc; ? BMI ≤ 25 kg/m2; ? Agree to sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

?存在脊柱肿瘤、脊柱结核等脊柱相关性疾病或脊柱手术者； ?有过肩痛、肩关节损伤史； ?存在其他严重疾病者； ?研究者认为不适合参与试验的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

?Individuals with spinal tumors, tuberculosis, and other spinal related diseases or spinal surgeries; ?Have a history of shoulder pain or shoulder joint injury; ?Individuals with other serious illnesses; ?Other situations where the researcher deems it unsuitable to participate in the experiment;
