研究目的：

观察抗晕动贴片是否降低甲状腺切除患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率，减轻术后疼痛，改善术后恢复质量，提高健康相关生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether the motion sickness patch can reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, relieve postoperative pain, improve postoperative recovery quality and improve health-related quality of life in patients with thyroidectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 择期行甲状腺切除手术患者，ASAI-II级； 2. 年龄18-60岁，不限性别； 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2； 4. 沟通交流正常； 5. 自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for thyroidectomy,ASA I-II objects; 2. Subjects aged 18-60 years old;no gender limitation; 3. 18 <= BMI <= 30; 4. Normal communication; 5. Volunteer and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 对红花、天麻、三七、半夏、山肉桂、乳香、白芷、薄荷、粘合剂过敏； 2. 术前24小时内服用止吐药或镇痛药； 3. 使用抗精神病药物或皮质类固醇药物； 4. 既往心力衰竭或心律失常；未控制的高血压；糖尿病伴血糖控制不良；肝肾功能障碍；胃动力障碍；前庭疾病； 5、孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 6、不能理解术后恢复质量量表（QoR-15）/视觉模拟评分（VAS）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.safflower, Gastrodia, Notoginseng, pinellia, mountain cinnamon, frankincense, Angelica, mint, adhesive allergy; 2. Take antiemetic or analgesic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 3. Use of antipsychotic drugs or corticosteroids; 4. Past heart failure or arrhythmia; Uncontrolled hypertension; Diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Gastric motility disorder; Vestibular diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Inability to understand the Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-15)/Visual analog Scale (VAS).
