研究目的：

1.明确老年肌少症及糖尿病合并肌少症患者的肠道菌群变化特点。 2.明确鼠李糖乳杆菌Prosci-109是否能改善或延缓肌少症，初步探讨其作用机制。 3.探讨鼠李糖乳杆菌Prosci-109是否通过改善肌少症，进而改善认知功能障碍、睡眠障碍、抑郁及焦虑情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the characteristics of intestinal flora changes in elderly patients with myopenia and diabetes patients with myopenia. 2. Clarify whether Lactobacillus rhamnosus Prosci-109 can improve or delay sarcopenia, and preliminarily explore its mechanism of action. 3. Explore whether Lactobacillus rhamnosus Prosci-109 improves cognitive impairment, sleep disorders, depression, and anxiety by improving sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.符合2019亚洲肌少症工作组对肌少症的诊断标准（AWGS）； 3.患者意识清楚，能够自己或者在家人的帮助下配合完成检查操作、问卷调查、病史采集等； 4.同意参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥65 years old; 2.In line with the 2019 Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia (AWGS) diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; 3.The patient has clear consciousness and can complete the examination operation, questionnaire survey and medical history collection by himself or with the help of his family; 4.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有急性疾病；有严重肝或肾疾病；严重抑郁症；既往严重脑梗死、心肌梗死、癌症史或因骨折长期卧床的患者； 2.需长期服用免疫抑制剂或入组前1个月内服用抗生素及随访期间服用抗生素的患者； 3.随访期间停服或随意调整受试样品者； 4.随访期间同时服用促排便药物，如聚乙二醇电解质、酚酞片、番泻叶等患者； 5.患有慢性消化系统疾病或肿瘤，如消化道溃疡、炎症性肠炎； 6.对受试样品过敏或出现明显消化道症状如不能耐受者； 7.随访期间饮食习惯不规律，有较大变动的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from acute diseases; Severe liver or kidney disease; Severe depression; Patients with a history of severe cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, cancer, or long-term bed rest due to fractures; 2. Patients who need to take immunosuppressive drugs for a long time or take antibiotics within 1 month before enrollment and take antibiotics during the follow-up period; 3. Those who stopped taking or adjusted the test samples at will during the follow-up period; 4.Patients taking defecation-promoting drugs, such as polyethylene glycol electrolytes, phenolphthalein tablets, and senna leaves, at the same time during the follow-up period; 5. Patients with chronic digestive system diseases or tumors, such as peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, severe liver disease, etc.; 6. Those who are allergic to the test sample or have obvious gastrointestinal symptoms such as intolerance; 7. Patients with irregular eating habits and great changes during the follow-up period.
