研究目的：

基于代谢组学分析比较CEG肝郁气滞证和湿热中阻证患者舌苔和唾液中的差异代谢物，发现CEG肝郁气滞证和湿热中阻证的潜在生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on metabonomic analysis, we compared the different metabolites in tongue coating and saliva of patients with CEG liver stagnation syndrome and damp-heat syndrome, and found potential biomarkers of CEG liver stagnation syndrome and damp-heat syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）胃镜提示胃粘膜糜烂或者病理提示糜烂的慢性胃炎患者； （2）中医辨证分别属于“肝郁气滞证”、“湿热中阻证”者； （3）年龄30～70岁； （4）自愿参加本试验，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with chronic gastritis whose gastroscopy indicates gastric mucosal erosion or whose pathology indicates erosion; (2) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to "liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome" and "dampness and heat resistance syndrome" respectively; (3) Age: 30-70 years old; (4) Volunteer to participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并消化性溃疡、胃腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生或异型增生、胃癌、食管癌、胃出血者以及胆道、膜腺等器质性病变者；
（2）合并有心、脑、肺、肝、肾以及造血系统等严重疾病者；
（3）患有任何口腔疾病；
（4）患有精神及神经系统疾病者；
（5）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（6）近期或长期服用药物者，如抗生素、抑酸药等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with peptic ulcer, gastric gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric bleeding, and organic lesions such as biliary and membranous glands;
(2) Those with severe diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system;
(3) Suffering from any oral disease;
(4) Persons with mental and neurological disorders;
(5) Pregnant and lactating women;
(6) Recent or long-term medication use, such as antibiotics, acid suppressants, etc.
