研究目的：

编制一套具有良好信、效度，易于妇幼保健管理人员操作，用于评估产后访视能力的他评量表，为评估产后访视能力现状、制定培训方案提供有效的评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a set of other rating scales with good reliability and validity, easy to be operated by maternal and child health care managers for assessing postpartum home-visiting competence, and to provide a valid assessment tool for evaluating the current status of postpartum home-visiting competence and developing training programs.

纳入标准：

评估者纳入标准：妇幼保健院的妇女保健、儿童保健，群体保健科室内管理人员，近1年负责过产后访视工作培训、考核工作，具有初级及以上职称，工作年限≥5年。 被评估者纳入标准：近1年内负责过产后访视工作。

Inclusion criteria

Evaluator inclusion criteria: women's health care, children's health care, group health care department of maternal and child health care hospitals within the management personnel, in recent 1 year was responsible for postnatal visit work training, assessment work, with junior and above title, work experience ≥ 5 years. Criteria for inclusion of the evaluated: having been responsible for postnatal visits in the last 1 year.
