研究目的:

运动想象(MI)是要求受试者仅在大脑中想象指定的肢体工作,但不发生实际的肢体运动,脑瘫儿童在运动想象期间的大脑皮层兴奋性可通过脑电地形图呈现。本研究所使用的脑机接口(BCI)所采用的是非侵入式记录大脑表层放电信号的方法,即EEG,其工作原理是利用脑电帽采集患者脑电信号并识别运动意图,转化为计算机指令,通过下肢康复机器人带动肢体运动,形成闭环式反馈。本研究的目的基于脑机接口的下肢机器人训练探究脑瘫患儿运动想象期间的皮层兴奋性。  

Objectives of Study:

Motor imagery (MI) requires subjects to only imagine the work of designated limbs in the brain, but no actual limb movement occurs. The excitability of the cerebral cortex of children with cerebral palsy during motor imagination can be presented by EEG topography. The brain-computer interface (BCI) used in this study adopts a non-invasive method of recording brain surface discharge signals, that is, EEG. Its working principle is to use the EEG cap to collect the patient's EEG signals and identify movement intentions, and convert them into computer instructions , through the lower limb rehabilitation robot to drive the limb movement to form a closed-loop feedback. The purpose of this study is to explore the cortical excitability during motor imagery in children with cerebral palsy through lower limb robot training based on brain-computer interface.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①符合脑瘫诊断及分型标准且GMFCS为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级;②年龄在3岁~15岁,能听懂指令并配合完成训练;③能够可靠地报告疼痛、恐惧和不适;④近6个月未接受过外科矫形手术及肉毒素注射治疗者;⑤充分了解试验内容,自愿参加试验,受试者监护人书面签署知情同意书,当受试者有能力做出同意时,还需要由受试者本人签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the criteria for the diagnosis and classification of cerebral palsy and GMFCS level II-IV; ② Aged 3 to 15 years old, able to understand instructions and cooperate with the completion of training; ③ Able to reliably report pain, fear and discomfort; ④ Nearly 6 months Those who have not received surgical orthopedic surgery and botulinum toxin injection treatment; ⑤ fully understand the content of the trial, voluntarily participate in the trial, and the guardian of the subject signs the informed consent in writing. I sign the informed consent.

排除标准:

①严重的下肢挛缩;②合并心肺肝肾等重要脏器并发症;③伴有严重癫痫、遗传代谢性疾病及严重骨骼系统疾病;④合并视觉、听觉及智力障碍;⑤合并急性或进行性神经系统退行性疾病以及其他神经疾病;⑥本研究随机入组前1个月内参加了其他下肢康复的临床试验;⑦在本研究期间计划或预计使用新的药物、手术等其他抗痉挛治疗的患儿;⑧研究者认为有其他因素不适宜参加本研究的患儿。

Exclusion criteria:

①Severe lower limb contracture; ②Combined with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ complications; ③Combined with severe epilepsy, genetic metabolic diseases and severe skeletal system diseases; ④Combined with visual, auditory and intellectual disabilities; Systemic degenerative diseases and other neurological diseases; ⑥Participated in other clinical trials of lower limb rehabilitation within 1 month before random enrollment in this study; ⑦Patients who planned or expected to use new drugs, surgery and other anti-spasticity treatments during this study ⑧ Children who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study due to other factors.
