研究目的：

本研究利用自主研发的新型气管导管，验证新型气管导管预防环杓关节脱位的原理及机制，系统性、机制性的解决全麻气管插管后环杓关节脱位的问题，为预防环杓关节脱位提供理论及实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study utilizes a self-developed endotracheal tube with Laryngopharynx Pillow Cuff to verify the principle and mechanism of preventing cricoarytenoid joint dislocation. It systematically and mechanically solves the problem of cricoarytenoid joint dislocation after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, providing theoretical and practical basis for preventing cricoarytenoid joint dislocation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 需要行全身麻醉经口气管插管手术的患者； 2. ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）分级I-II级； 3.年龄20-60岁； 4.性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who require general anesthesia with transoral endotracheal intubation for surgery; 2.The ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists)class I - II; 3.Age from 20 to 60 years; 4.Gender is not limited.

排除标准：

1.ASA分级III-IV级； 2.颞下颌关节强直； 3.张口困难（张口度＜2指）； 4.颈部畸形； 5.已知或怀疑口腔、咽喉部肿块；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The ASA class III - IV; 2.Temporomandibular joint ankylosis; 3.Difficulty opening mouth (opening mouth <2 fingers); 4.Neck deformity; 5.Known or suspected oral and pharyngeal masses;
