参照2017 年美国心脏病学会 （American College of Cardiology，ACC）/美国心脏协会（American Heart Association，AHA）高血压指南及2022年《中国高血压临床实践指南》中高血压最新诊断标准，观察上述指南定义下福建省高血压人群健康状况及中医症候分布情况，并基于机器算法模型构建高血压证型中医快速诊断量表，明确新定义高血压( BP ) 分级/中医证候与心血管疾病( CVDs )风险以及心血管健康指标( CVHMs )的关系，为高血压防治窗口前移、健康管理指标的修改、心脑血管疾病风险因素的控制以及中西医综合干预方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Refer to the 2017 American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (American Heart Association), AHA) Hypertension guidelines and the latest diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the 2022 China Hypertension Clinical Practice Guidelines, observed the health status of the hypertensive population and the distribution of TCM symptoms in Fujian province under the definition of the guidelines and built a rapid TCM diagnosis scale for hypertension syndromes based on the machine algorithm model. The relationship between the newly defined hypertension (BP) grade/TCM syndrome and the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVDs) and cardiovascular health indicators (CVHMs) was clearly defined to provide references for advancing the window of hypertension prevention and treatment, modifying health management indicators, controlling risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and comprehensive intervention programs of traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 符合2017年ACC/AHA高血压指南及2022年《中国高血压临床实践指南》高血压诊断标准：收缩压（SBP）≥130mmHg和/或舒张压(DBP)≥80mmHg； 3. 曾确诊为高血压，正在服用抗高血压药物或有抗高血压药物服用史； 4. 同意加入本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18 years old; 2. Meet the 2017 ACC/AHA Guidelines for Hypertension and 2022 China Clinical Practice Guidelines for Hypertension diagnostic criteria: systolic blood pressure (SBP)≥ 130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP)≥80mmHg; 3. Have been diagnosed with hypertension, are taking antihypertensive drugs, or have a history of taking antihypertensive drugs; 4. Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并有重要脏器严重疾病者以及恶性肿瘤病史包括血液肿瘤等严重原发疾病患者； 2. 近1个月内有感染、发热、创伤、烧伤、手术史以及急性病发作期； 3. 出现重大心血管不良事件（MACE：发生非致命的心肌梗死、发生非致命的脑血管事件、死亡4. 继发性高血压或恶性高血压； 5. 怀孕或哺乳期女性； 6. 患有精神疾病不能配合调查者或其它不愿积极配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases of important organs and a history of malignant tumors, including hematologic tumors and other serious primary diseases; 2. Infection, fever, trauma, burn, surgical history and acute onset within the past 1 month; 3. Major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE: non-fatal myocardial infarction, non-fatal cerebrovascular events, death) 4. Secondary hypertension or malignant hypertension; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Suffering from mental illness, unable to cooperate with investigators or others unwilling to actively cooperate with investigators.
